1. PURCHASE INFORMATION

        PayPal (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER) or personal checks drawn on a U.S. bank, whereby shipment of jewelry will occur once check has cleared (5-10) business days.  For check transaction, please e-mail me at www.danasstudio@gmail.com.

        This website is PayPal equipped. To use, when you decide to purchase a specific piece, click on the PayPal button.  Another window will launch the PayPal website.  Your purchases will be administered by the secure PayPal server.  Your payment will be immediately transferred to the Dana's Studio merchant account at PayPal, as well as the information needed for us to ship your purchases to you.

     2. SALES TAX

        Sales tax of 8.5% is added to all orders shipped within California.  A sales tax of 6.25% is added to all orders shipped to Ohio. No sales tax will be added to shipments outside of California or Ohio.

    3.  SHIPPING

         All items are shipped insured for it's value and traceable via UPS.  Delivery normally takes 3-7 business days.  Expediated shipping can be arranged for an extra charge if you e-mail us.  A flat shipping charge of $15.00 applies for all packages.  Your jewelry arrives in a complimentary box.  Sorry,at this time, we cannot ship outside of the U.S.

     4.  AVAILABILITY

          Please note that many items are one of a kind or of a very limited edition. All items in stock will be shipped to you within 1-5 days of payment confirmation.  If an item is no longer available, you will be notified by e-mail or phone within 1 business day. 

     5.  EXCHANGES

         Orders can be exchanged within 5 days of receipt, unworn and in the original packaging.  There are no refunds.  Please use a traceable and insurable form of shipping for your protection.  We are not liable because of poor packing or items lost or stolen.  Please e-mail me with your exchange related needs at www.danasstudio@gmail.com.

     6.  REPAIRS

          Dana's Studio wil repair any item damaged as a result of normal wear within 90 days from date of purchase.  After 90 days, we will be happy to repair it for a reasonable fee.  Please contact us first to discuss the required repair.
